Hailed by Rolling Stone India as “one of the country’s leading singer-songwriters,” Prateek Kuhad has taken the world by storm in recent years, garnering a slew of accolades and honours around the globe with his mesmerising, cinematic songwriting and smooth voice. He is one of the few artists in the country capable of writing in both English and Hindi effortlessly.

Career Highlights

The Way That Lovers Do World tour spanned over 50 sold out events in USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Asia and India.
Released an album titled “The Way That Lovers Do” which encompasses wispy vocals, ambient production and all around romance tinged- sound.
Major syncs include songs placed in Emmy Award Winning Show “Ted Lasso”, Netflix series “Lust Stories” and “Little Things“, Movie “Dhamaka“, American series “Lethal Weapons“, Australian series “Offspring” and Italian series, “Metti La Nonna In Freezer”. Has also written music for brand Ad Films of Tylenol, Uncle Ben’s, Uber, McDonald’s, Hathway Cable TV, HDFC Mutual Fund, WhatsApp, and more.
His song, Kasoor became the first independently released track in India to reach #1 on Apple music’s all genres chart and Top 100 – India chart. The music video has also hit a combined 20M + views on IGTV and YouTube.

Written, composed, and sung songs for two successful Bollywood movies – Baar Baar Dekho, 2016 (Kho Gaye Hum Kahan) and Karwaan, 2018 (Saansein & Kadam).
His song cold/mess was mentioned in President Barack Obama’s “top songs of 2019” list.
Successfully concluded a world tour in 2019, performing 30 dates across N. America, UK, Europe, Dubai and India (Over 9k+ audiences in major markets in India) between October to December reaching close to 40,000 tickets.
